• Pick up will be provided by a shared Air Conditioned Car/Hi-ace. (Additional charges will apply if pick-up is required by a private vehicle.)
• Skills, Safety & Precautions: Professionally trained captains, seamen, crew & with all civil defence, environment, stability approvals from respective government bodies. The Dhow is fully insured for all passengers on cruise, fitted with all safety measures from life jackets, compass, navigation equipment’s, radio license, fire extinguishers & first aid kits.
• Your belongings are your own responsibility and Arabian Routes cannot be held responsible for any lost belongings during the trip. In case, we find anything, we will try our best to deliver it to the person, to whom it belongs to.
• Photography: You may indulge in normal photography, but it is considered offensive to photograph Arab women. It is also courteous to seek permission before you photograph men. Photography of government buildings or military installations is strictly prohibited.
• Please refrain from smoking in public places as they might result into levy of heavy fines by Dubai Municipality
• Public display of affection should be avoided

• Under 3 years of age: Free of charge if they do not occupy a seat.
• Under 10 years of age: 75% of the total tour cost of an adult.

• Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• The SIC tour transfer timing might be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, based on several aspects including vehicle availability, traffic condition and your location.
• If the guest fails to turn up on-time for the pick-up, Arabian Routes has the right to charge “No Show” of the Guest.
• No refund or alternate transfer services will be provided, if guests do not show up at the designated pickup point on-time. We understand that, that there can be some delays for which the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 5-10 minutes. After that, it is considered as “No Show”. It is the onus of the guest to respect the time of other guests waiting in the car.
• For trip delays or cancellation that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as vehicle breakdown, bad weather or traffic issues, Arabian Routes will arrange alternate services but based on its availability.
• Our drivers or tours guides take care of the seating arrangement, which largely depends on its availability.
• Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak and Holiday season.
• Arabian Routes reserves the right to cancel any booking
• All packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Email address must be correctly furnished. As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of Travel vouchers and confirmation of your booking. In doing so, you agree not to hold Arabian Routes liable for any non-receipt of travel voucher or email confirmation.
• As an additional measure to protect our customers, Arabian Routes may request for photocopies of your credit card (back and front) and a Credit Card Authorization Payment Form to exclude the possibility that the card is being used by a third party, even after payment has been made. As a customer, you agree to cooperate and provide the necessary documents to Arabian Routes if such a need arises.

Arabian Routes does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions which are cancelled for disastrous reasons such as floods, political disturbances or any reason that is out of your control. Arabian Routes cancellation policy will be applied if cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons.

Trip cancellation / amendment should be informed atleast 48 hours in advance, otherwise 100% Cancellation Charges may apply.

How will I get the voucher when I book?
We will send you the vouchers by email or through whatsapp. You need not carry a printed voucher as Online voucher/Mobile voucher is good enough.

From where will the transfers be provided?
Transfers will be provided from Bur Dubai, Diera, Downtown and Sheikh Zayed Road hotels (Supplement charges apply for transfers from other locations/Emirates.)

What are the pick-up timings?
18:30-19:30hrs – Hotels located in Al Qusais, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Sheikh Zayed Road (Supplement charges apply).
19:00-19:30hrs – Hotels located in Deira, Bur Dubai and Downtown area.

• Pick-up timings may vary depending on location and traffic.

Please take note of the hotel pick-up time for the tour and kindly wait at the hotel lobby for 5-10 minutes before the tour pick-up time

Pick-up/Drop Location?
Whether you are staying in an Apartment, Hotel, Residence in Bur Dubai, Diera or Downtown, our driver will come to pick you from your location and after the tour will drop you to your hotel.

Transfers will be on Personal or Shared basis?
There will be shared transfers, provided by an Air Conditioned car, SUV or Hi-ace. (Additional charges apply if pick-up is requested by a private vehicle.)

What are the boarding and cruising timings?
Boarding time: 20:00–20:20 hrs.
Cruising time: 20:30–22:30 hrs.

Are the seats on the Dhow Cruise Fixed?
Cruise seats are not fixed, you can have table on lower or upper deck as per your preference (This is strictly on first come first serve basis)

Can I carry food for the Children?
Yes, in fact, we prefer that you should carry food for the children and elderly people, in case they have specific food requirements or inform us in advance to enable us to arrange the same

Will Jain food be provided on the Cruise?
Yes, we have a specialty of Jain food, but this depends upon your informing us in advance

Will Alcohol be served at the Cruise?
There will be no-hard drinks served on board.

There will be no entertainment & no alcohol to be served during the period of Ramadan, Lailat Al Miraj & Arafa/Hajj Day.
