Dubai Weather

Dubai has a hot desert climate because it’s in the Arabian Desert close to the Tropic of Cancer. The modern city is very shiny and new, but the surrounding area is mostly sandy desert. Starting from April, temperatures and humidity starts climbing, which makes the month a popular time to visit; day-times are nice and warm, yet evenings are pleasant.

During October to March, the average high temperature in Dubai is 22ºC, which drops to 13ºC at nights and this period is the best time to travel to Dubai.

UAE Currency

The official currency in Dubai is Dirham (AED or Arab Emirate Dirham). It is used throughout the UAE. There are 100 fills in a Dirham.

Currency notes come in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 Dirhams.
Dirham is pegged to the US Dollar at a rate of 3.66 per Dollar. So you will always receive the same rate while changing Dollars to Dirhams as it never fluctuates.
