Climb aboard on one of our Dhow’s for a two-hours cruise and view the fascinating skyline and scenery of new Dubai. The cruise offers breath-taking views of Dubai city skyline and well lit-up skyscrapers along the shore. The traditional wooden dhow that has been used for decades as a primary shipping vessel is a great contrast to the ultra-modern and futuristic views of Dubai Marina, providing a balance between new and old.

Description
Begin your experience with a pickup from your hotel/place of your convenience and drive towards the Marina. The boarding starts between 8:00-8:20pm with the cruise departure scheduled after that. Experience a warm welcome with soft-drinks and fresh dates from our onboard staff. As your cruise leaves the dock, the buffet will be ready with Arabic/Hindi music in the background.
See the glittery area of Marina, passing sites such as Dubai Marina Yacht Club, Dubai Marina Mall, a conglomerate of five-star hotels and more. Tanura and Emirati youwla dancers will provide live entertainment on board and a cash bar is available to order drinks. After two hours of entertainment, dining and sightseeing, your cruise returns to the dock and thereafter you will be dropped back to your hotel.
You may upgrade your ticket to include private pick-up and drop-off.
Standard Marina Dhow Cruise
Explore the waterways of Dubai Marina on this 2-hour, sightseeing dinner cruise. Climb aboard the ‘Dhow’ a wooden Arabic ship that has been refurbished into a high-class floating restaurant operating in Dubai Marina. Enjoy a buffet dinner with five salads, seven main-course dishes, a seafood soup and four dessert options.
Arabian Dhow Cruise with dinner on board is the most romantic trip, especially along the Dubai Marina. As part of the 2 hours cruise we will provide a 15-20 minutes live show by own in-house “Tanura” Dancer, a traditional dance originated in Turkey, which is centered around a man spinning nonstop, creating various patterns with the flowing and glowing color robes.

The moment you step in the bright wooden boat, you will feel the luxurious ambiance as you take a seat on a reserved table. You will be greeted on-board with a red-carpet welcome by our staff with Arabic coffee, fresh dates and hot/cold beverages (non-alcoholic). Once on-board, you can choose to sit either on the open top deck or the air-conditioned lower deck.
We will depart approximately at 8:30 pm from Marina and set sail through the harbor.
As you sail with our professional captain and accommodating waiters, get mesmerized by the beautiful scenery of tall skyscrapers and unique architectures all over the city; while listening to background music in Arabic, English and Hindi.
We will then serve you the most awaited lavish 5-star buffet dinner, with sophisticated settings mixed with traditional Arabian look. On the cruise you have the chance to see the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis hotel, Burj Al Arab and the famous iconic skyscrapers of modern Dubai from waters in its limelight view. After cruising for 2 hrs. we turn back from the JBR beach to our starting point. The cruise will finish approximately at 10:30 pm. After, getting-off the cruise, you will be dropped to your hotel.

Important to know before you book
- Pick up will be provided by a shared Air Conditioned Car/Hi-ace for Standard Marina Dhow Cruise (Additional charges will apply if pick-up is required by a private vehicle.) and on Private basis for Premium Marina Fiber Cruise
- Skills, Safety & Precautions: Professionally trained captains, seamen, crew & with all civil defence, environment, stability approvals from respective government bodies. The Dhow is fully insured for all passengers on cruise, fitted with all safety measures from life jackets, compass, navigation equipment’s, radio license, fire extinguishers & first aid kits.
- Your belongings are your own responsibility and Arabian Routes cannot be held responsible for anything lost during the trip. In case, we find anything, we will try our best to deliver it to the person, to whom it belongs to.
- Photography: You may indulge in normal photography, but it is considered offensive to photograph Arab women. It is also courteous to seek permission before you photograph men. Photography of government buildings or military installations is strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from smoking in public places as they might result into levy of heavy fines by Dubai Municipality
- Public display of affection should be avoided.

Child Policy
- Under 3 years of age: free of charge if they do not occupy a seat.
- Under 10 years of age: 75% of the total tour cost of an adult.
- Children above the age 10 years are considered as adults.
Terms and Conditions
- Booking should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- The SIC tour transfer timing might be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, based on several aspects including vehicle availability, traffic condition and your location.
- If the guest fails to turn up on-time for the pick-up, Arabian Routes has the right to charge “No Show” of the Guest.
- No refund or alternate transfer services will be provided, if guests do not show up at the designated pick-up point on-time. We understand that, that there can be some delays for which the driver will wait for you for maximum 5-10 minutes. After that, it is considered as “No Show”. It is the onus of the guest to respect time of other guests waiting in the car.
- For trip delays or cancellation that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as vehicle breakdown, bad weather or traffic issues, Arabian Routes will arrange alternate services but based on its availability.
- Our drivers or tours guides take care of the seating arrangement, which largely depends on its availability.
- Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak and Holiday season.
- Arabian Routes reserves the right to cancel any booking
- All packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Email address must be correctly furnished. As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of Travel vouchers and confirmation of your booking. In doing so, you agree not to hold Arabian Routes liable for any non-receipt of travel voucher or email confirmation.
- As an additional measure to protect our customers, Arabian Routes may request for photocopies of your credit card (back and front) and a Credit Card Authorization Payment Form to exclude the possibility that the card is being used by a third party, even after payment has been made. As a customer, you agree to cooperate and provide the necessary documents to Arabian Routes if such a need arises.
Cancellation Policy
Arabian Routes does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions which is cancelled for disastrous reasons such as floods, political disturbances or any reason that is out of your control. Arabian Routes cancellation policy will be applied if cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons.
Trip cancellation / amendment should be informed atleast 48 hours in advance, otherwise 100% cancellation charges may apply.

We will send you the vouchers by email or through whatsapp. You need not carry a printed voucher as online voucher/Mobile voucher is good enough.
From where will the transfers be provided?
Transfers will be provided from Bur Dubai, Diera, Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road, Mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah Beach hotels
What are the pick-up timings?
18:50-19:30hrs – Hotels located in Deira, Bur Dubai and Downtown area.
19:30-20:00hrs – Hotels located in Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers.

Pick-up/Drop Location?
Whether you are staying in Apartment, Hotel, Residence in Bur Dubai, Diera, Downtown or Sheikh Zayed road, our driver will come to pick on your location and after the tour will drop you to your hotel
Transfers will be on Personal or Shared basis?
There will be shared transfers, provided by a Land Cruiser, Minivan or Hi-ace. (Additional charges apply, if pick-up is requested by a private vehicle.)
What are the boarding and cruising timings?
Boarding time: 20:00–20:20 hrs
Cruising time: 20:30–22:30 hrs.
Are the seats on the Dhow Cruise Fixed?
Cruise seats are fixed, but you can still request for a table on lower or upper deck as per your preference (This is strictly on first come first serve basis)
Can I carry food for the Children?
Yes, in fact, we prefer that you should carry food for the children and elderly people in case they have specific food requirements or inform us in advance to enable us to arrange the same
Will Jain food be provided on the Cruise?
Yes, we have a specialty of Jain food, but this depends upon your informing us in advance
Will Alcohol be served at the Cruise?
There will be no-hard drinks served on board, however they can be purchased on-board (charged as per consumption).
There will be no entertainment & no alcohol to be served during the period of Ramadan, Lailat Al Miraj & Arafa/Hajj Day.
Are there any gratuities to be provided to the waiters or the crew?
