Day 1: Dubai Arrival
Arrive in Dubai, the city and emirate in United Arab Emirates known for luxury, shopping, ultramodern architecture and lively nightlife scenes. You will be greeted by our local travel expert at the Airport who will drive you to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, check-in, unpack and unwind. After relaxing and settling in, you can step out to get acquainted with the nearby areas.
In the evening, you will be transferred to Dubai Creek area, where the famous luxury Dhow Cruise begins. Have an enchanting evening at the Dhow dinner Cruise – just the ideal way to relish on the delicious meal while admiring the beauty of old and new Dubai along, the Dubai Creek area. On Dhow Cruise; international buffet dinner will be served with soft drinks. Late night transfer to hotel.
Upgrade Dhow Cruise to Marina: Dubai Marina also known as New Dubai is characterized by a dramatic skyline of skyscrapers and residential apartment blocks and looks particularly impressive at night. The Marina Dhow cruise sails through New Dubai area, that means you will be able to witness Dubai Marina mall, Palm Jumeirah area and Majestic Atlantis hotel.
Relax and experience an enchanted atmosphere of the city by night. Enjoy spectacular views of modern architecture and the illuminated skyscrapers.

Day 2: Half day City Tour with a visit to Dubai Mall and AT THE TOP Burj Khalifa
After buffet breakfast at the hotel, we will be doing Dubai city tour, The city is a perfect blend of vibrant cosmopolitan life and age-old culture and heritage. Our tour starts with a drive through some interesting sights such as Meena Bazaar, Shindagha area, Gold Souq and Union Flag Pool, now known as Emirates Museum. We witness the rising of Dubai by visiting the Bastakiya square housing Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum’s House, (The person responsible for the rapid rise of Dubai) which was built at the end of 19th century and provides a glimpse into the world of Islamic architecture. Our next halt is Jumeirah Mosque; adopting an ‘Open Doors; Open Minds’ policy, the mosque welcomes visitors of all faiths to admire the surroundings and learn about Islam and the local culture. (Local mosque representatives are on hand to conduct 75-minute guided tours six days a week at 10am.)
Continue City tour with a photo stop at Burj Al Arab – tallest hotel in the world, take a walk around the Jumeirah Beach and drive through the famous Sheikh Zayed Road. Later a photo stop at Atlantis Hotel – The first resort built on the artificial island “The Palm”.
Last but not the least, our tour ends at Dubai Museum, nestled in Al Fahidi Fort – the cultural hub of Dubai and other interesting sights.
After the exciting half day city tour, Late afternoon, get ready to experience the wonders of this Emirati city, you will be transferred to Dubai Mall, get prepared to be stunned because you will be entering the building that holds countless world records – the tallest free structure, elevator with the longest travel distance, highest outdoor observation deck and highest number of stories to name a few. Dubai Mall have some famous brands like Marks and Spencer, Waitrose, Bloomingdale’s and many more.
Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world and home to over 1200 stores, houses the famous Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo – We proceed to visit Dubai Mall’s Aquarium – officially earned the Guinness World Record for the world’s “Largest Acrylic Panel” & visit underwater Zoo, home to more than 33,000 living animals, including 400 sharks and at 7:00 pm watch the Dubai Fountains come alive. This is a 10 minutes show every 20 minutes and its lovely to watch the largest fountains in the world dancing to the lively music.
Later, proceed to visit the tallest building in the world – Burj Khalifa at the Top, from here we will get best views of Dubai that make you realize how meticulously planned this gorgeous city is. Board one of the world’s fastest elevator, to enjoy an exciting ride way up to the 124th floor. It takes exactly 1 minute to reach upto the top. Upon reaching, you will be taken to the 124th Floor Observation Deck to get sweeping 360-degree views of Dubai’s mind-blowing landscape. Capture some amazing pictures and also learn about interesting facts about Dubai’s history as well as this alluring structure. Spend some time there and then come down.
Our driver will be waiting for you at the parking and transfer to your hotel to catch up on sleep..

Day 3: Desert Safari
The morning is at leisure to explore the local market. You have the option to explore the Gold Souk or the Spice/Old Souk at your own.
In the afternoon, experience the most adventurous and the most sought after outdoor excursion in Dubai – The Desert Safari. This is the best way to get up close with the Arabian Desert and ride across the hazy golden sand dunes. The thrill begins as your driver takes you up and down on the golden sands of Arabia before stopping at the highest sand dune, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sun going down; behind the shiny golden dunes.
Here you can experience the thrill of sand-boarding.
Well, the fun doesn’t cease here. Take a fun camel ride and experience the life lived by local’s decades ago. Get your palms painted with beautiful Arabic henna designs or just walk around to soak in the vastness of the desert.
Move into the camp as the stars come out and get thrilled as an enchanting Belly and Tanura dancer performs a fascinating routine to Arabic music. Complete the experience with your very own shisha pipe, available in many aromatic flavours. After all these fun activities, head towards the delicious barbecue dinner spread that awaits you.
And, while you enjoy your dinner, there will be the famous Fire show, Tanura Dance and stunning Belly Dance performer putting up the show of a lifetime. Later, return to the hotel to catch up on your sleep.

Day 4: Full day at Miracle Garden and Global Village
After breakfast at the hotel, time for some relaxation, this afternoon proceed for Miracle Garden tour. This tour takes you to discover a stunning floral paradise in the middle of desert. The tour commences with a hotel pick-up from Dubai in the comfort of an air-conditioned private vehicle. We drive for about 30 mins to reach our destination. Located in Al Barsha South Dubai, the 72,000-square-meter Miracle Garden holds more than 45 million colourful and beautiful flowers, intricately laid out in several unique shapes and patterns resembling stars, hearts, Islamic arch designs and the pyramids. See flowers in all various shapes and sizes.
Late afternoon, proceed for Global Village, Dubai’s leading family entertainment and cultural attraction with a unique shopping experience at 30 pavilions, each representing a different country. Global Village also offers a variety of dining options from different cuisines, along with thrill rides and children rides at the Fantasy Island.
Day 5: Dubai Full day at Aquaventure and Lost Chambers
Begin your day with a delectable breakfast at the hotel and gear up for an action packed day; getting drenched at Aquaventure Waterpark- only at Hotel Atlantis The Palm. The 1,539 room ocean-themed resort occupies the top portion of the crescent of land surrounding the man-made Palm Island, just off the coast of Dubai and with 42 acres (17 hectares) of amusement and entertainment space.
You can explore a world of breath-taking water thrills at Aquaventure. Splash into the world of excitement at the water park- Slide down through a shark-infested lagoon, take a river ride of over two km, ride the water rapids and white water chargers. For a gentler experience, younger visitors can plunge into Splashers, a water playground for kids. It all adds up to a unique water adventure, with something new discovered at every turn.
Imagine exploring the mysterious ruins of Atlantis, at the Lost Chambers hidden for thousands of years deep beneath the sea. Now imagine looking up to see 65,000 marine animals swimming in placid waters around you.
Being perfect for a family vacation, this place has loads of things to do for people of all age groups to spend a wonderful & memorable day. Later, return to the hotel for a relaxing sleep at night.
Day 6: Dubai to Abu Dhabi
Post Buffet breakfast lavishly laid down for you at the hotel, you will be driven to Abu Dhabi. The drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi takes around 2 hours, relax during the smooth drive to Abu Dhabi and enjoy the beautiful views that the city has to offer. Upon arrival at the Capital of UAE, check-in at the hotel. Later, on a city orientation tour, visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque – This architectural work of art is one of the world’s largest mosques, with a capacity of an astonishing 41,000 worshippers. The stunning 82 domes have been made of pure white marble and display the beautiful verses from the Holy Quran painted in golden color. The use of pristine white and a tinge of gold make this mosque a sight to behold. To explore a little more of the Emirati culture, head straight to Heritage Village, a museum that has preserved the Arab culture and traditions – it depicts how the ancestors lived harmoniously with nature.
Afternoon proceed to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, situated on the Yas island (transfers will be arranged by your hotel on SIC basis), FWAD has a surface area of 200,000 square meters, all under cover, which makes it the biggest indoor park in the world. Explore this largest park in Abu Dhabi and feel the excitement of each attractions like, Speed of magic, Viaggio in Italia, Fiorano GT Challenge, Formula Rossa – the world’s fastest roller coaster which can accelerate its cars from 0 to 240 kmh in the same time as a Formula 1 car, to the four dimensional Speed of Magic etc.
Note: For visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, ladies are requested to wear full sleeves clothes and cover their head with scarf. Suggested Dress code is salwar kameez (full sleeves) with dupatta. Men can wear full sleeves shirts (shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed.)
Day 7: Abu Dubai Departure
After breakfast, if time permits, you can leave your luggage with concierge at the hotel and checkout to steal the last few precious moments in this miraculous city. The transfer to the Airport will be arranged for you. Board the flight for your home town.

The dolphin and seal show takes place three times in a day – 11:00 am, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. The 3:00 and 6:00 pm shows also have an additional magic show by resident illusionist Max before the dolphin show.

- The SIC tour transfer timing might be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, based on several aspects including vehicle availability, traffic condition, and your location.
- If the guest fails to turn up on-time for the pick-up, Arabian Routes has the right to charge No Show of the Guest.
- No refund or alternate transfer services will be provided, if guests do not show up at the designated pickup point on-time. We understand that, that there can be some delays for which the driver will wait for you for maximum 5-10 minutes. After that, it is considered as No Show. It is the onus of the guest to respect time of other guests waiting in the car.
- For trip delays or cancellation that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as vehicle breakdown, bad weather, or traffic issues, Arabian Routes will arrange alternate services but based on its availability.
- Our drivers or tours guides take care of the seating arrangement, which largely depends on its availability.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as:
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival, entire amount shall be refunded. (except bank charges)
- If cancellation is made between 15 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of tour cost + bank charges shall be deducted
- If cancellation is made between 7 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the date of arrival, entire amount is non-refundable.
For bookings confirmed during Peak period (Festivals, Holidays & Long weekends, mentioned above) cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost will be charged if cancelled within 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
Arabian Routes cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa (Visa on arrival) / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.
How much time does it usually take to process a refund?
Ideally, it takes 6 – 7 working days to process refund. However, to derive the best amount of refund, it takes additional operational time to deal with airlines, hoteliers etc.
What is be the mode of payment in case of refund?
Ideally, the refund amount is credited using the same mode of payment that you had used to book the tour, the only exception in this case is, if you had used Cash/Demand Draft, in which case, the mode of payment for refund will be ‘Account Payee’ cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/service charges on Credit Card payments which is non-refundable.

What are the documents required to book a tour?
To book a tour, you need passport with 6 months validity subsequent to the scheduled departure date of the tour and with sufficient number of blank pages for visa purpose. You also need to pay a registration amount depending on the tour price.
Do I need a passport to travel?
Yes, Passport is mandatory for any international travel.
If I do not have a passport, will Arabian Routes assist me for the same?
If you do not have a passport you can apply for the same online on www.passportindia.gov.in if you are an Indian National, however Arabian Routes does not assist for the same.
What is visa and how should I obtain the Visa?
Visa is the short form for Visitors Intending to Stay Abroad. It is a permission granted by the high commission or consulate of the country you wish to visit. For nationals of certain countries, you have to go for personal interview too. Arabian Routes will assist you in filing the visa application in case you need only visa. In case of packages, visa fees is included in the tour price.
What is the possibility of getting a Visa?
Granting of Visa solely depends on the respective Consulate/ Embassy. We just assist you in filing the application for the Visa. We neither assure nor guarantee the Visa to anyone since the same is beyond our control.
If due to Visa rejection, I need to cancel my travel plan then do I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund after deducting the Visa application fees and cancellation charges, if any. (Kindly refer our cancellation policy)
I have made the booking, now I want some changes after that?
You can modify your booking or travel plan. Our travel consultants will assist you with the same. There may be certain charges for additions. However as per the Arabian Routes Policy we do not charge for the modifications.
Do I need to carry any ID proof while travelling in Uae?
Yes, all tourists must carry photo identification proof in the form of, passport and visa. Also, at certain sightseeing places in Dubai, identification proof is a must.
What types of meals are included on the tour?
As per the tour itinerary requirement, there is a preset menu. We serve vegetarian food along with 2/3 non-vegetarian dishes. Breakfast is continental at the hotels, and meals are mostly Indian with a mix of fast/local food.
Can I request for a special meal?
Yes, special meal like Jain meal (No onion garlic), fasting meal and baby meal can be arranged subject to prior intimation. For in between requirements of baby, we recommend you to carry sufficient baby food along with you.
What is the difference between Child and Infant?
Infant is any guest who is below 2 years of age whereas child is a guest who is above 2 years of age and below 10 years of age.
Do children get discount?
Discounts are applicable for all children, kindly refer our child policy.
What is the child and infant Policy?
Under 3 years of age: Only visa charges apply.
Under 10 years of age: 75% of the total tour cost of an adult.
Children above the age 10 years are considered as adults.
Do we have to walk a lot on tours?
Generally, we walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance, however the provision for wheel chair is there at most of the places.
Do we have to wake up early on tours?
No not really, you wake up at leisure at your hotel, and after breakfast only, (after 8:30 am) we will begin the tour.
Will I get some time for my-self on the tour?
Itineraries are designed and planned in such a way that you get to see maximum places, while we also spare some time for you to enjoy on your own. However, if you wish to skip any sightseeing, then you must inform our representative in advance, and we will try to compensate you in the best possible way.
What if I reach late and miss a part of the tour?
Punctuality is of utmost importance, when travelling on shared basis. We do not want you to miss any part of the tour so please be on time and respect the time of other guests waiting for you (in case of shared transfers). In case, you miss any part of the tour, due to turning up late, Arabian Routes will not be responsible/liable and no refund shall be given in this regard.
Can I get medicine on the tour?
We highly recommend that you carry sufficient medicines along with you on the tour. While packing, distribute them evenly in different bags to ensure that you have some medicine with you in case there is any delay in getting baggage or loss. However, you do get basic medicines/first-aid kit while on the tour.
What assistance is provided, if I dis-continue the scheduled tour, because of illness?
If you fall sick on tour, kindly inform our representatives immediately. They will assist you in making all arrangements for the medical aid and will arrange a doctor for you. However, the expenses will have to be borne by you. Here, Insurance plays a major role, hence we highly recommend that you should get yourself and your family insured adequately before travelling.
How can I stay in touch with my family and friends while on the tour?
While on tour, you can stay in touch with your family and friends through a local calling card or local sim card which is available at a nominal cost. You must carry your mobile handset. Our local assistance will help you get the sim card. You have to show your passport as an identification proof to get the local sim.
Can we Exchange Currency in Dubai?
There is never any difficulty in finding exchange counters. The Currency is easily changeable at the Airports and Hotels also, but the exchange rates are generally higher than in other places. So only go there for convenience or in case of an emergency.
Can I use an ATM in Dubai?
Yes, you can!. Check the ATM fees that you will be charged per transaction. You will be charged a foreign currency conversion fee by your card service provider, i.e Mastercard or Visa. A foreign transaction charged by your bank and lastly, a withdrawal fee by the bank’s ATM that you will be using.
Can I use a Credit Card for shopping / personal expense in UAE?
Foreign Credit Cards work flawlessly in Dubai. But you need to check a few things before:
